Shipping

All of our pieces are handmade by local artisans in Los Angeles, and can take up to 6-10 weeks for production. We offer complimentary 2-day shipping for orders within the United States (with the exception of P.O. Boxes) and free shipping on international orders over $500. Each package is insured and requires an adult signature for delivery. Over-night shipping is available by request for qualifying orders.

Duties and taxes will be applied at checkout and no further costs will apply upon delivery when shipping internationally. Due to UK tax law, we cannot ship orders to the UK under $200 (before shipping fees). Domestic orders will be charged sales tax at checkout. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your web order, we gladly accept returns on non-custom pieces for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Order receipt must be included in the return shipment.

Exchanges & Returns

All in-stock orders ship in 5-7 business days. If your order is not in stock we will contact you with a delivery window.

All custom orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange; however, custom orders are eligible for one complimentary sizing adjustment if needed. All resizing requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
