1. Promoter

The promoter is Spinelli Kilcollin, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15968577, whose registered office is at 6 Brook Street, London W1S 1BB, UK (the "Promoter").

2. Eligibility

The Spinelli Kilcollin London Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, contractors and agents of the Promoter, its group companies (including Spinelli Kilcollin) and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw, and their immediate families and household members, may not enter.

By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may ask any entrant or winner to provide proof of eligibility.

3. Opening and Closing Dates

The Prize Draw opens at 10:00 UK time on October 23rd, 2026 and closes at 18:00 UK time on October 25th (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be included.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free and have an equal chance of winning.

1. In store: Visit the Spinelli Kilcollin store at 6 Brook Street during opening hours in the Promotion Period and complete an entry form (paper or by scanning the in-store QR code) with your full name, email address, phone number and postal address. No purchase is required.
2. Online: Visit https://share.hsforms.com/1L-U4ivB2TXOm7l70U96qvw4kdfr during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, phone number and postal address.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Additional entries, and entries made in bulk, by automated means or through third parties, will be void. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize: a Spinelli Kilcollin gift card worth £1000. The gift card is subject to the Promoter's standard gift card terms, is redeemable at 6 Brook Street, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around October 26th by a Promoter employee under the supervision of an independent observer at 6 Brook Street. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner will be notified by email and phone within 3 days of the draw and must respond within 3 days to claim the prize, confirming their eligibility. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner drawn in the same way. The prize will be delivered to the winner, or made available for collection from the London store, within 30 days of the winner's eligibility being confirmed.

8. Winner Information and Publicity

The Promoter will make the winner's surname and county available on request by emailing bella@spinellikilcollin.com or writing to the address in clause 1, within 1 week after the closing date. The winner may object to this information being published or made available; in that case the Promoter will still provide it to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

The winner will not be required to take part in any publicity. Any publicity will be with the winner's prior consent.

9. Data Protection

The Promoter is the data controller for personal information collected through the Prize Draw. That information will be used to run the Prize Draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize, and as described in the Promoter's privacy notice. You will receive marketing communications from the Promoter only if you separately opt in; opting in is not required to enter or win. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

10. Liability

Except as set out below, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the Prize Draw or accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. General

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. If the Prize Draw cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend it, and will give notice in store and at https://spinellikilcollin.com/pages/in-store-sweepstakes-uk. This Prize Draw is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
