Shipping

Every piece is handmade in Los Angeles, and made-to-order production can take 4–6 weeks. In-stock orders ship within 5–7 business days; if your order is not in stock, we will contact you with a delivery window.

Domestic orders ship with complimentary 2-day service (P.O. boxes excluded), and international orders over $500 ship free. Every package is insured and delivered with an adult-signature requirement. Overnight shipping is available on request for qualifying orders.

For international orders, duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so nothing further is due on delivery. Please note UK orders under $200 (before shipping) cannot be accepted due to UK tax law. Domestic orders are charged sales tax at checkout.

Exchanges & Returns

For the holiday season, full-priced items purchased between October 20 and December 31, 2026, are eligible for return or exchange through January 15, 2027. To qualify, items must be in new, unworn condition and returned with their original order packaging. Please include your original order receipt in the return shipment.

Orders placed before October 20, 2026, or after December 31, 2026, are subject to our standard return policy. Non-custom pieces may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, each custom piece includes one complimentary sizing adjustment when requested within 14 days of delivery.

All discounted items and items marked Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange, with no exceptions.
