In-Store Sweepstakes Official Rules (US)

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Eligibility

The Spinelli Kilcollin In-Store Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Spinelli Kilcollin, Inc ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates (including Spinelli Kilcollin UK Ltd), subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible. The same applies to their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) and members of their households, whether or not related.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 10AM local time on October 23rd, 2026 and ends at 6pm local time on October 25th, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period in store or online as described below. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. Participating Locations

The Sweepstakes runs at three Sponsor locations (each a "Participating Location"). Each store holds its own location.

5. How to Enter

Visit any Participating Location during regular business hours in the Sweepstakes Period and complete an official entry form by scanning the in-store QR code with your full name, email address, phone number and mailing address. No purchase is required; entry forms are available to all visitors on request.

Email list: By entering, you agree to join Sponsor's email marketing list and to receive marketing emails from Sponsor at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing after you enter will not affect your entry or your eligibility to win. Text-message marketing is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method or store. Additional entries, and entries made by automated, mechanical or third-party means, will be void. Incomplete, illegible, late, lost or misdirected entries are void. Entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name and email address appear on it, if that person is otherwise eligible.

6. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded: one (1) per Participating Location. Each prize is a Spinelli Kilcollin gift card with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000 US dollars. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000 US dollars.

The gift card is subject to Sponsor's standard gift card terms, is redeemable at spinellikilcollin.com, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or prize substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Drawing and Odds

On or about October 26th, 2026, Sponsor will conduct three (3) separate drawings, one for each Participating Location, from all eligible entries received for that store. Each entrant is eligible only in the drawing for the store at which they entered (or selected on their online entry form). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Participating Location.

• Los Angeles and Boston: the winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee.
• New York: each eligible entrant will spin the bingo cage and receive a randomly selected, numbered bingo ball, numbering beginning at 1. Over the course of the Sweepstakes Period, numbered bingo balls not previously selected by an entrant will be added to the bingo cage on an as needed basis, at random. The winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone and email within 5 days after the drawing and must respond within five (5) business days. Each potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 if requested, within 5 days of notification.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries for that store. Prizes will be delivered via email within approximately 2 weeks after verification.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, each winner will be asked to sign a publicity release permitting Sponsor to use their name, city, state, likeness and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it, and may award prizes from eligible entries received before the event. Notice will be posted at the Participating Locations and at https://spinellikilcollin.com/pages/in-store-sweepstakes-us.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of the online entry form or QR code entry system.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used to administer it, to send you marketing emails as described in Section 5, and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://spinellikilcollin.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor will send marketing text messages only to entrants who separately opt in.

California residents: because entering the Sweepstakes involves providing personal information and joining Sponsor's email list, it may be a financial incentive under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Please read our Notice of Financial Incentive at https://spinellikilcollin.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we estimate its value, and how to withdraw at any time.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
